Like you, I am one just voter with just one little vote.
Fortunately, we've put together a 5-step American democracy plan that we'd like to share with you to make all of our single votes count way more than they already do!
How and why?
Here's why:
In order to Protect, Preserve, and Promote Freedom and Democracy in America (as well as Peace, Love, and Understanding,... And Creativity, Faith, Truth, Fun, Sanity, Individuality, and all that other good stuff).
So we invite you to join us in completing this challenging challenge.
Here's how:
Become a Part of American History!
(1) Find 5 Voters Who Will Vow to Vote.
If you have to, guilt-trip them into it!
(2) Photograph Each Voter Taking a Vow to Vote.
Print out our paper-sized poster and have each voter you find hold it up while making the heroic Five Voters pledge with their other hand.
"I vow to vote on November 4th.
I also vow to at least THINK about
finding 5 other eligible voters to take
the American democracy voter's vow."
Again, if you have to, guilt-trip them into it!
(3) Post Your 5 Heroic Pictures! *
(4) Repeat the process with another 5 voters.
Do this 5-step 5voters.com American democracy action as many times as you can manage, every single day, until November 4th -- but definitely do it at least once!
(5) Celebrate on November 5th (and beyond) **
* Post the pictures of your 5 heroic voters vowing to vote in our myspace comments (or send your photo links to pix@5voters.com), AND post them on your own myspace pages and/or your other blogs and websites, AND anywhere and everywhere else that it has any chance at all of encouraging other eligible voters to do the same and heroicly vow to vote!
